If you're a boss, has there ever been a time where you had to finish work that was started by an employee, but was never finished? I have heard of stories where people had to do the work of their employees, either due to medical issues or the employee no longer worked for them. Have you ever been forced to finish work that was intended for your employee or employees?

As a boss, it is my responsibility to see if the staff completes the work. If they don't do I give them a chance to complete it. Since they are receiving payment for thew work, it is their responsibility to do the jobs assigned. If they don't do it, I will first warn, and then fire them, and ask another staff to complete it.
