There's a saying that goes like this - Health is Wealth. If you're not healthy, it's going to be very difficult for you to become wealthy in your life. You will spend most of your time in the hospital. This is the reason why it's stressed that for one to be successfully wealthy, you must take both your physical and mental health very serious.

As an entrepreneur, how do you ensure you're taking care of your mental health?

I think I am taking care of my mental health properly. I do not stress out too much, I do not worry too much even when I start making losses, and I take enough rest. I also do yoga and meditation for relaxation and ease tension. As an entrepreneur, it is very common to stress out on certain things but I do not focus on negatoive things too much.

I have days that I relax my head and focus more on achieving a lot of things. To be honest, I don't joke with my mental health at all because I know how important it is to my life.
