However, if you want to sell through your own page, there are no requirements.

Instagram’s active demography is Gen Y and Gen Z, which also happens to be the generation who do a lot of shopping. Therefore, you can leverage Instagram for social commerce. You can even run ads to reach more people and generate sales. You can also use Instagram for product promotion and send traffic to your store.
