Are you Happy with your Salary?

To be honest, I am not quite happy with my salary. I have been with my employer for 5 years and yet he does not want to raise my salary. He promised to give a raise but did not do it. I hope I can find a better-paying job next year so I can fully support my parents. Are you happy with your salary?

Now I have changed my job and I have only been working for a month, so far I am doing well, because I understand the owner that if he wants to keep me at this job, then he must do everything for the employee to be satisfied with the job, at least for a while. But I am 100 percent sure that because of Piiroku, when they start looking for new workers, they will start reducing my salary just like that and I will look for a new job again.
