Are you giving money to a homeless who needs it? and if so how often are you doing that?

I will give some cash to a homeless because it doesn't matter if they cannot work or if they are just being lazy or gave up life, currently they need that money they are not going to work if they could or wanted they weren't at the streets asking for money. I will give money to a homeless like 5/10 of the times I meet them, since after all I'm not very rich myself.
If I were rich I am 100 percents sure that I was giving them everytime I saw them. The problem is that we never know if a homeless is actually a homeless some fake it in order to get a free cash, but it doesn't mean that we shouldn't give homelesses what they need. But what about you? will you give a homeless some cash?

Mostly I dont. Hear me out its a good reason. In sweden theres homeless scams going around the past decade. Theres alot of homeless scams in sweden so I dont really trust giving out my money. Once I gave around 3 dollars to some homeless guy on the street and then 30 minutes later I see him with a fancy suit and going into a fancy car. I do donate to organisations that takes the money and splits it with poor countries.

I can't trust someone I see on the streets without knowing them, so I don't know if he is actually homelees/ poor or he is faking it
but if I know them I'd give them food rather than money, bc you will never know what they will do with those money, if ther will buy actual food or something illegal

I don't give money to home less people on a frequently basis, I am not even a fan of giving money. I believe they will misuse money by drinking smoking or even doing drugs. I mostly give necessities like food and clothes.

I think that food vouchers are the best, but they could trade them for money. I suppose the best idea is just to give and let God deal with the person if he misuses it. You did your good deed and you will be honored for it. The fact is, you should just do it.

As much as I understand that those who are homeless can't help it and it kills me that there is not more help out there for them, my dad always told me and also told my kids (his grandkids) that it is always best to give someone who is homeless a drink and some food rather than money as if they really are homeless and do intend on spending any money they receive in a way that would help them, they will always appreciate the food and drink more.

I can give whenever I have it and it doesn't matter when or how. I love to give and it has become a norm for me.
There are many people that needed this help and I am doing the little one that I can do to help those around me.
