Are there any dishes you wish you knew how to cook but never had the chance?

With so many different dishes that you can cook, it can sometimes be difficult to make every dish no matter how much you would love to make a specific dish.

Out of all the dishes that are available to cook, what dish is the one you would love to cook the most but you have never had the chance to?

Zuppa Toscana. I like it at Olive Garden, but just am afraid if I do make it at home it'd not be near like OG. Potato soup too! I have tried making it before with my dad but no dice. It'd always not turn out as good or great as at a restaurant.
