Seriously, even without being told, I know very well that running and managing a restaurant is a very challenging business. This is because of the process that's involved when it comes running the business. It's not a business only one person can run from start to finish.

Personally, I can't start a restaurant business because of how it is always looking at the start. To start getting customers is another big work, and that is one thing that I am never ready for at all. Like you said most persons in this field tend to create a system that works for themselves rather than having the customers in mind.
