📝 Content Marketing Are Black Friday deals part of your Thanksgiving plans?

Thanksgiving is a great time for businesses to get those deals out there, especially with Black Friday right around the corner!

How do you prepare your website for the Thanksgiving rush? What methods of marketing have you found to have worked well for Thanksgiving and sales or even gaining traffic?

Not for my site directly, but I do like getting perks for it because of the sales.
Got a nice OVH KimSufi server for less than what I was paying for the Hetzner VPS I had. I get twice the CPU, twice the RAM and 4 times the storage for around $2 less a month. What's not to like about that?
If I was running email from the VPS it would be a different matter, but my transactional email is handled by SES so I don't have to worry about the IP reputation for email delivery from the site.
I have heard that vB has a sale going on and debating grabbing a copy and donating it to the XFH site.
Since I don't "market" my site, it's more about what I can get to bring benefits to it and the users. And a speedier platform is always of benefit to your users.
Most sites that sell a product (either membership or such) will usually do a BF sale.
