If you have an employee who works in your system, do you have them trained in the security of the system? Are they secure in case someone tries to hack your systems? I ask because it's always a good idea to invest in good security. And I think all employees need to be well veresed in what security and support you have. Are your employees secure?

You don't expose all security measures to all employees. You only let them into security measures that they might have to use at their respective levels. Exposing everything to all staff puts the security of your organizational system at risk.

I think that it is the job of the companies to make sure that their employees are safe in every manner. For example, they also need to make sure that their employees' lives are safe as well.

You would need to teach your staff how to handle the security systems both online and offline. One of the core modules in employee training should be managing security systems.

This is why it is important for you to run some kind of training for your employees so that they will know how to work for you. Big companies run training program for their employees

It is good to ensure your business is well secured against any security risks. And to achieve this, every hands must be on deck. However, it is not all workers that must be carried along or have access to this security system in order to avoid security loopholes from the blackmailing workers.

This is the reason why if your business have a website you should always do system upgrade all the time because it is the only way that you can prevent hackers from succeeding in trying to hack your online business and take control of everything.

I do not have full time workers, I have part timers and virtual assistants. I pay my workers based on tasks (I do not give them a salary but based on how many tasks they complete). I believe my workers are secure because I have no intention of firing them as they have proved to be very useful to me.

This is the work of the tech team of the company where I'm work. It's not every worker the company gives the responsibilities of stopping hacking attack. I don't know anything about stopping hack, it's not my duty.

This is something I can equally agree to because the security of a company should always be on the need-to-know basis. This is because you don't know where a breach is going to come in and everything is going to become vulnerable to an external attack. This is why those who are supposed to have information about the security should only be a few of the staffs that are involved in it.

The sad truth is that sometimes a company's own employees might be involved in hacking and stealing the information of their own employees and customers as well. This is what you call "white collar crime". This is punishable by the law and the person could be sentenced to many years in prison.

Well, that's the reason why I said that such information about security should always be on the need-to-know basis. When it's only few people that know how the security system of the company can be breached, no one outside can be able to have access to it and use it against the company.

There is absolutely no way a scammer could get details of people in such a deep manner. This is why I think that the company should form a policy that prevents employees from getting access to private data of customers. This has always been a major concern of many companies, especially banks. What steps can banks and other financial companies take in order to prevent this?

There are people who are into information selling business. They trade company's secrets for a big pay. They normally sell such information to the company's competition and pretend as if they didn't know what happened. This is how inside secrets are leaked outside.
