Anyone tried to make money from domain parking?

I recently came across a term called domain parking. I became quote enthralled to read that you can make money from domain parking. What you have to do is submit your domain on domain parking service provider. They will then add ads on your parked domain. When people check your domains, they will see ads, if your ads get clicked, you earn money.

So, earning from parked domains is just like earning from the ads on your websites. You need traffic to your domain and the visitors need to click on your ads for you to earn.

When you park your domain, the company you used for parking will create a parking page, the page will use your domain and it will show ads. These ads are PPC ads, you earn for clicks.

I've never tried it. It's such a tricky thing to do anyway because you can't get a trademark because the trademark owner will take it from you anyway and you need a lot of capital to buy a premium domain anyway.

There is trademarkia.com where one can check if a particular keyword is trademarked or not before going ahead to register any domain name using that keyword. It is not something to bother about as there are already ways to avoid it.

Domain parking is renting your domain out to be used for traffic purposes. I tried it then but it wasn't profitable. Your domain needs to be a popular one to be able to get easy traffic. It's better to develop yours with a blog.
