Does anyone here own or collect any 8-Tracks? They were essentially tapes that cane before cassette tapes. They were like this hard plastic cartridges, they reminded me a lot of Atari cartridges, but in this case they're used for music. I grew up with cassette tapes, but my parents had a small box of 8-track tapes from I believe the 60s and 70s. I think that's when those carts were popular.
Anyway, do you guys own any 8-tracks? If so have you ever played any of them? I never had a 8-track player so could never test out the ones my parents had.
