Anyon using Linux?

I use Linux (just a starter), my distro is Solus Budgie and i am loving it. Very smooth, regular update and no break downs like Windows

I have Ubuntu linux and I am used to the Gnome desktop manager. I also think that there are many linux variants worth using so you have to choose what works for you. I have tried elementary and few other gnome based linux. But after searching through all of the things out there. I decided to go for the Ubuntu.

I've actually never used Linux before. Seems like an interesting operating system, considering it's open-source and free to use. What are the specs of the computer by the way? Feel free to share it please!

I have used Ubuntu Linux in the past with dual boot windows. Once I transferred a large file to my USB pendrive and the system froze and I don't have very good experience with Linux so I removed Ubuntu. But Linux offers so much flexibility if you have the knowledge to use it.
