Any laptop specification or brands you suggest to buy that suits my need?

I plan to buy a new laptop but I need your opinion on the specs I need to consider.

I will mostly use it for graphic design, virtual assistance, and content writing. Do you think i3 would be good enough or I must choose i5 or i7 instead to suit my needs?
