Adjustable Sit to Stand Riser for desks

Does anyone here use those adjustable sit to stand risers you can get for your desk? I don't want to get one of those rising desks, as those are a bit pricey, but I wouldn't mind picking up one of those risers for just the monitors. Do you guys know of any alternatives? They look like this for example:

Do you guys own anything like this? Are they worth using if you want to add a little height to your setup?

I do not have the thing shown on the image but I have a height adjustable desk that allows me to work in sitting position as well as standing position.
