Accessibility options on your sites

Do you guys make all of your sites accessible to everyone? Considering these days the blind and deaf use the internet, we need to make our sites accessible to all. Would you agree?

I certainly agree that a website should be accessible to all people, including the disabled people, but small website owners would not be able to do that because it requires a lot of work.
