A celebrity gossip forum/site a good idea?

Celebrity gossip is a ever popular thing on the internet. You will hear a lot about celebs on social media and around the web. Which is why I'm asking, would it be a good venture to partake in, if I started a website dedicated to celebrity gossip and rumors? I figure this is already a niche that's full up, but I don't know. Would you ever run a site that was dedicated to talking about celebrity gossip and rumors? Or do you think it's wrong to make a site about that?

Personally, I would not be able to run a forum or site that followed celebrity gossip as I do not feel that I know enough or keep up to date enough about celebrity gossip or even rumours and that would make it difficult for me to keep content coming to the forum or website.

For those who follow celebrity drama, gossip and rumours, this could be something that would work for them if they were able to post the content regularly.

I was once a member of a forum site on the celebrity gossip niche. I was a paid poster on the site through Postloop, a post-exchange site. sadly, the site closed down. If money making is your main concern, entertainment is not a good niche because of low CPC rate.

I can remember taking part in such a website from Postloop years ago. At one point, I found out that the forum is no longer buying posts from Postloop and that was how it crashed out because, at one point, no one can access the forum. I'm not sure how one can be able to sustain a celebrity gossip forum because social media won't make it easy for you.

Now, that's the part I have looked into or considered and from the looks of it, there's a very good chance of something like that happening especially depending on the kind of gossips you're having on the community. Some of them may be tagged as slander which may land you in a serious problem.

This is true. Not a lot of people will be interested in gossiping about celebrities. I mean what is the need to have members talk about a person when there are more important topics that should be discussed. Running this type of forum will have a lot of issues with getting people to join up.

The reason why it is called gossip is that there is always an inside information that is giving people details about whatever that is going on in the lives of celebrities. It's just like what is happening in my country today where one of the upcoming celebrities in the music industry was presumably killed and there's another celebrities that have been accused of being behind his death.

I've not registered on any celebrity's gossip forum. I know some blogs which carry celebrities gists which I read the topics I have interest in. There are more celebrities gossips on social media, it's why I don't look for forums where they are discussed.

The simple truth is that most celebrities live a double life because whatever they are portraying on stages when they are acting and producing movies or commentaries or comedies is never the same person that they are in their personal life. So, it is from those gist and gossips into their personal life that you're going to know more about them.
