3D Printers, anyone have one?

I have always wanted to get my hands on a 3D printer, mainly because I know I'd make some fun things with it. Who here owns their own 3D printer? What have you made so far with it? If I ever get my hands on one, I'm going to be making a lot of toys.

I don't. I did consider getting one a few years ago but changed my mind. It is a big expense and the materials are not cheap to print things.

I don't have one, but I'm thinking about it. I do a lot of crafts and even run a crafting forum! I saw on a Facebook craft group that crafters are now using them to help create and it's amazing. One woman creates crochet hooks and sells them! I can do that!

I don't have a 3D printer, however, I have been thinking about getting a 3D printer for a long time. I have a business idea related to 3D printing that I think will make me a lot of money. However, I need at least $3000 to buy a 3D printer and an additional $3000 to set up the business. That's a lof of money for me.
