1 thing I like about Wordpress.

Just noticed this but wordpress NICELY redirects the www. to the bare domain or the other way around. Not all softwares do that. Good Job Wordpress :ilike:

I typically just write my .htaccess and run with it, but that works too.

^^ but sometimes that ends up in redirect loop. Almost all the times if you use w3cahce plugin!

I've never seen it in a redirect loop And I have no idea how wordpress does it.... I just changed, in settings, adding a www. Before the domain..l

Btw If you use w3cache plugin and use htaccess to configure the redirection, there you have it, a redirect loop.
Of-course you can avoid it! But I never had me myself interested in learning htaccess!

Yeah it is- there is always a well maintained plugin for everything!

You just add www. in the settings, I got recently into working with wordpress again, I just love the new updates...

This^ I can redirect any domain to the one I want to, recently did it on my forum. S'no biggie; WP is awesome in so many other ways
