Just noticed this but wordpress NICELY redirects the www. to the bare domain or the other way around. Not all softwares do that. Good Job Wordpress :ilike:

^^ but sometimes that ends up in redirect loop. Almost all the times if you use w3cahce plugin!
Sam How does wordpress do this thing?? I mean, I have never seen or done this! :/

I typically just write my .htaccess and run with it, but that works too.

Pretty much but that saves time :)

I've never seen it in a redirect loop :p And I have no idea how wordpress does it.... I just changed, in settings, adding a www. Before the domain..l :)

oh thats it?
Its a good thing then.
Btw If you use w3cache plugin and use htaccess to configure the redirection, there you have it, a redirect loop.
Of-course you can avoid it! But I never had me myself interested in learning htaccess! :p

You just add www. in the settings, I got recently into working with wordpress again, I just love the new updates...

I just love Wordpress, no reasons needed. It is awesome. ^_^
This^ I can redirect any domain to the one I want to, recently did it on my forum. S'no biggie; WP is awesome in so many other ways :p
