The Speed of SEO - # 2

https://neilpatel.com/blog/how-long-does-seo-take/
Neil Patel was claiming four factors influenced the speed of SEO: fresh content, brands, trends, and a fast load time. Why do you figure these factors are important? How about your site? How does it do on those things? If you're simply planning on building a site or plan to work harder on one, how would you implement those factors in your planning?

Myself, as I've said before, I ranked around 2011 for some employment sites, but honestly, they weren't good sites. In fact, due to my newbie status, I only got on WordPress somewhat into the journey and the site before was very primitive - and another problem was lack of content due to the fact I didn't have much to invest. Can anyone relate?
