Both. I actually have a VPS server and a dozen domains, 2 forums, 2 business sites built on wordpress, and I host sites for others as well.

Well, ever since I created ny first self hosted website in 2015, I think I have created more than 50 websites, including blogs, forums and online stores. I have sold a lot of websites. These days I am running 2 forums, 3 blogs and one online magazine.
