I have a personal preference for PixelExit (@Russ).... great support, great "off the shelf styles" that can be easily modified/tweaked (Bolt on my astro site is a classic example as well as Blackened Pro - an optional dark style offered).
And from the TRUE custom style perspective, the ones I've seen them do have been REALLY fantastic.
