No matter what kind of website you want to build, you can basically do it in 2 ways, one, by using content management systems, and two, by building from scratch. My favorite method is the content management system. I use wordress for blogs, wooocmmerce for online stores, phpbb or SMF for forums. What is your favorite method t build a website.

it is much easier to use content management system and time effective as well, as it saves you a ton of stress by using an already existing features, without you not having to worry about tons of features that have been created for you.

I also went with Wordpress for my car business. It's easy to modify and was quickly setup. Not to mention the thousands of themes and plugins available to make it all look a bit better. I even got a plugin install which was intended for barbershops to make appointments. Instead of getting your hair done, it's easy to make an appointment on my site to get your car done. :p I think the days of starting scratch are more or less over unless you're talking big company developments.
