Renting out a flat

if your auntie is not making profit from the flat in which she rented out then the best is to sell it away. if the company refuses to buy then they need to go for other people to buy.

I think that they should rent out flat because renting it out could generate income. The fact of the matter is that renting out a flat is also quite difficult nowadays due to inflation.

In this part of the world a lot of people are always migrating to the city so the demand for flats is high. Even though inflation is going up but a lot of people are still renting out their flats and it is one of the best businesses here.

Renting a flat is very good in order to keep genrating income for the owner of the flat , and thats the main reason why estate investors like building flat for rentage .

I could remember back in the year 2007, my aunt rented out a flat to a company and since then, the company have been using the flat and have not allowed my aunt to rent out the apartment to another company cos the flat is near a road side. My aunt once proposed to sell the house to the company but the company doesn't want to buy the flat so my sister wants to return their money and chase them out.

Now, the problem is the company won't packout and told my aunt they won't move out till their rent is due. My aunt already have 3 ready buys but she can't chase away the company that rented the apartment away.

Please I need you help on how my aunty can chase this stubborn company away and sell it.
The company in question was not stubborn as you alleged. There is a procedure which has to be followed. Both parties must respect the terms of agreement they had. Your aunt could not in the middle of transition changed the terms. She has to wait until the expiration of the tenancy before she can take any action.
