Morning Routine

My mornings are pretty much the same unless it's the weekend or my kids are on a school and college break. If they are in school or college, I wake and wake them up and ensure they get off to school and college on time and then I make myself a drink and grab a shower and get dressed. If they are not at school or college due to a break or even due to the weekend I tend to get up, make myself breakfast and a drink and then sit around for a little before showering and dressing.
 
During the week first thing is the bathroom. XD After that I say prayers and do like these affirmation cards and stuff to try to uplift me. Then, do my bullet journal for the day, get changed, and finish getting ready for work.

Weekend I sleep in later, and honestly it's mostly the same then too. Other then getting ready for work.
 
I started my workout routine today. It's been a very long time since I worked out or hit the gym. I haven't done anything this year but this is what I was able to do this morning when I woke up 8AM.

20 Push ups
1 minute plank
20 sit ups
20 squats

I'm looking forward to improving on the sets tomorrow morning.
