How to upload add-on zip files?

i was able to upload them as ya normally would via the ACP—up until yesterday when i noticed the files aren't able to be selected.

Indeed i've already scoured search engine results for an answer and i guess i'm asking the wrong questions or something perhaps—coz i haven't found anything at all related.

This is what i get when attempting to select a zip file:

They're all dimmed out and nothing happens when clicking on them.

What am i missing here?

@Andre were you able to open them yesterday after uploading them as a zip?

Wondering if you may have to upload what is inside the zip folder over the actual zip folder. If there are a lot of files within the zip folder though that could be too much.

Are you trying to upload a file downloaded to your phone?

Yep, and apparently it's failing to download anything as well.

i've tried disabling the phone's security settings, including chrome.
Also cleared the cache, ran the security scan and restarted the phone too.

Wondering if you may have to upload what is inside the zip folder over the actual zip folder. If there are a lot of files within the zip folder though that could be too much.

Good point, i hadn't thought of that.
Although it's not letting me upload others that i've previously done too.

Oh, and hey thank you for having a go at the theme i broke.
It looks a heck of a lot better than the blanked out image symbol.

The xenfocus install guy had set up a bunch of other stuff with it as well, which aren't working since i pressed the big red 'Revert' button that kept popping up last night.

i bought the full package including support—though they've still not responded.

Turns out i have to use the Google browser to up/download anything.

Was using DDG and apparently it blocks the ability somehow.

Haha.. glad you got it worked out! Always frustrating when it's the simplest of things that meant it gave you issues.
