Hello,

I have a IPS license which is due renewal ($100). This includes IPS Community Suite, Downloads and Commerce. IPS does not allow transfers, but I can offer the next best thing. I will host the forum, setup a domain and email service. Give you access to the FTP for uploading purposes for free in exchange for some advertisement/link-back on your forum. I would be glad to help you set up and install modifications and themes and let you run the forum on your own after it's setup and ready to launch.

We can work out whatever you like. It's a shame that it's not being used, so might as well please someone with this. This way you have a decent forum software and fully setup for a decent future. Any add-on's, themes or domains is to be purchased by yourself.

Is it not possible to use the software on my own servers without an ownership transfer? When is the renewal time?

Yeah, I would also allow this. :) renewal needs to happen now if we want to use it. But if you explain me what you want to use it for, we could either come up with something we both agree on, either I’m taking responsibility for the renewals or you can do the renewal and I lend my license.. anything is possible really. Just drop me a PM. :)

I have never used premium community software because this will increase your running cost and it is really difficult to earn from a forum. However, I am interested in running a community without having to spend money on software. I believe I can make a community sustainable in less than 6 months. I have two forums that are self-sustaining.
