Do you like to explore local foods when you are traveling?

When you are in a new country, in a new culture, do you like to explore local foods or do you only eat foods that you are familiar with? Well, I like to explore local foods but I do not attempt anything bizarre or foods that includes items that I do not like.

No, not really. Why waste money on something I might not like? Eating out is expensive. I'd rather go with what I know.

We try new restaurants, but not generally new types of food. I've never been out of the country for the record, just out of state. So, a lot of the restaurant chains you see in one state you'll find in another.

Sure, why not? I enjoy eating new foods when I am travelling. It is definitely part of the exciting things that I like doing. There is no way I will visit a new place without getting to eat the food that they make there.
