This is a review of CinemaFans.net. CinemaFans is owned by our fellow webmaster @Prometheus. You may also find this forum listed in our Link Directory here and a discussion thread here.
In this I provide my honest opinion about this forum and explain what the Administrator is doing right, or could be improved. I'm in no way a review expert, just stating my opinion.

Member & Post Statistics - (15/20)

Currently this site has over 6300 posts which consist of 3300+ threads by 26 members. There is a frequently updated database with information about movies and shows to be read about. I registered about two months ago and there are already over 500 new entries in their database. This shows that content is being added on a daily basis and while not many members may have registered yet (which is an absolute shame imo!), Prometheus makes sure there's always something new to read when you log in. It's a pity there's not much user interaction by members. There are a few active members though, it's just that this forum deserves much more than that if you see what effort goes in by Prometheus and all the hard work he does by offering new content daily.

Board Organization - (17/20)

I love how easy it is to navigate through this forum. The first thing you notice when browsing is the huge list of movies and shows information and discussion they offer. If you click on an image it takes you to a thread offering decent amount of information and the chance to discuss the movie, share your thoughts, etc. The layout of the forum is very straight forward. Read the forum names and you know instantly what to expect. The description is under the forum name and just makes sense what's it's about without going over the top. You go to this forum for movies and shows, and that's exactly what this forum is offering as a focus point.

Board Appearance - (18/20)

The theme is absolutely easy to navigate, it's a mixture of light/mixed and there's a dark version available for when it's still too bright. The way the movies are being featured is very cool and really gives you the chance to see what they offer without taking too long. I don't know if this theme is pre made or custom, but there is no theme available that would suit this forum better. The only improvement I see is the avatar being a bit off margin when reading a PM. This is what I mean.

Board Content - (16/20)

While there may not be much other registered members, you may be sure you get to read decent content. You go to a movie forum to read about movies, and you won't be disappointed when viewing this forum. There is a constant content flow with both new and old movies and shows.

Administration & Moderation Quality (16/20)

Prometheus is the only staff member, providing content on a daily basis. The amount of work that he has put into this forum is admirable. You can only have respect for his work. The forum is almost at its one year anniversary so that proves that he does not give up easily. Better statistics would provide a better satisfaction for doing all the hard work he puts into the forum, and that's about the only downside of this forum, all the rest is far above average.

CinemaFans is definitely worth a visit if you like movies, shows and television. The only advice I want to give to Prometheus is, keep doing what you are doing. It's a great database and the rest will follow sooner or later. I admire the work you've put into it even when you get little from it in return. I could be mistaken though.
